Tom Wood, head brewer at Mismatch Brewing Co which is co-located at Lot 100, gave a great tour of the state-of-the-art craft brewing facility to the Governing Board members, providing lots of detail about each step in the process which prompted many interesting questions from the group. This was followed by Joseph who explained the background to Lot 100 and the focus on sustainability. Members were treated to a delicious lunch in the main restaurant area comprising locally sourced seasonal ingredients.
